On this project, I led a team of 5 engineers to create a high fidelity commercial product prototype over the course of 4 months. In this project, our team created an electronically locking bike lock with a working electronic number combination. Our team utilized a multidisciplinary approach to engineering, utilizing iterative CAD designs, COTS electronics, microcontrollers, CNC manufacturing, FDM 3D printing, and MIG welding. Ultimately, we created a working product with a clear path towards entering the bike supply market.
